Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What instruments do you teach?
A. Tutors are available to teach all instruments from piano and guitar to violin, flute, trumpet and drums and everything in between! We can also offer lessons in music composition and music theory.

Q. What is the sign up process?
A. We ask you to fill in a short online form allowing us to use your information to match you with the best teacher for your aspirations and goals. We set up the first lesson for you and if you wish to continue, we ask you to agree to our Terms & Conditions for Lessons. After that you have direct contact with the teacher with lessons usually on a weekly basis. We are there every step of the way through your musical journey - just get in touch with any questions.

Q. How are lessons paid for?
A. An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of each month breaking down the tuition fees and any instrument hire fees for that month. Payment is then made via bank transfer.
Q. What happens if I can't make a lesson?
A. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you can't make a lesson, just let us know. Our policy is that with more than 48 hours notice won't you will not charged however cancellation within less that 48 hours notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged. This policy in place to help keep consistent lessons for you and for tutors. Of course, there may be those one-off times when it isn't possible for 48 hours notice in certain circumstances, so just get in touch to discuss!

Q. What happens if my tutor cancels a lesson?
A. If your tutor cancels your lesson, you will not be charged and your tutor is asked to schedule an alternate lesson time, if possible.

Q. Do I need an instrument at home?
A. Yes, you will need an instrument at home to be taught on and to practise on between lessons. If you do not have an instrument at home, we can best advise you to rent or purchase depending on your personal situation. Just get in touch!

Q. How much are lessons?
A. Our rates are competitive and differ depending on length duration, location and if you would prefer in person or online lessons. Why not get in touch with us for a quote!
